I've been really hot recently and I think it is because I am a black dog. I was very hot in my crate last night and mum has uncovered one of the sides and taken the cardboard off the top which stops the cats falling through. Luckily I also appear to be half seal as I spend as much time as possible in water which cools me down a treat!
If Bo is still feeling the heat when she is fully grown we will be getting her a Ruffwear Swamp Cooler to keep her cool on walks. You wet the vest and it works by evaporation cooling.
